Our resources (software and documentation) may not be given, sold, distributed, sublicensed, rented, leased, or lent to anyone. It is strictly forbidden to place our resources on open networks, such as the Internet without our permission. The persistence of copyright information, such as text and links at the bottom of templates, is your responsibility. We do reserve the right to share a limited list of our clients with other parties or on our website by default. You are accountable for any loss of information, business, or profit that results from using or failing to use our resources. Such damages are not subject to our liability.

In the event that any illegal activity arises from the use of this software, we are not liable for prosecution. Your license to use our products may be revoked if you violate any of these guidelines, which will be regarded as a breach of the agreement. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revoke such a license. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time, for the good favor of both us and our clients. To terminate a license you have to destroy all the copies of our software or product or uninstall it from wherever it is in usage. By continuing to use our resources after receiving a formal notice of agreement or license termination, you agree to cover all related costs for any fines, damages, or legal work.

UPDATE

When we make changes to any of our products, you will always get free upgrades. You can download updates for free as one of our customers. We send notifications for these updates via the chosen form of communication, like email.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT

We reserve the right to deny our services and products to customers if any issue occurs that does not comply with our service or reputation. We have the right to reject clients' orders that do not comply with our motto or impact our reputation and terminate any ongoing service/clients service if we find any such risks arise, they will be negotiated primarily for resolving issues. We strongly discourage alcohol, pornography, child abuse, betting releted tasks or any other illegal works.
